For continuing attachment with learning and teaching the institute introduced internal evaluation. For the quality sustenance of BRS programme from beginning to till today syllabus have been revised three times.the institute have also developed mechanism for obtaining feedbacks from other institutes,academic peers,experts and students in written and also orally about the programme.

The efforts have made to provide appropriate teaching and learning experience to the learners. The adequacy and competency of the faculty who handle various programmes of study are also looked after. The institution has a transparent admission process with academic flexibility and catering to diverse needs of individuals. The institution has a well conceived plan for monitoring student progress, participative mechanism for evaluation of teaching and work satisfaction of the faculty. It has an effective mechanism to recruit qualified faculty and to provide opportunities or continuing academic progress and professional advancement.

Though the institution has limited resources, it fulfils its goals of extension and consultancy very meaningfully. The social responsibilities of the institution are discharged through the number of extension activities which include clinical camps for human and animals. Blood donation camps, awareness camps for AIDS Education, nutrition, child care, women development, tree plantation, village cleaning up, Agriculture Advancement, recent development in farming and dairy farming etc.

On the other hand, the institution has not contributed much in the field of research; the institute undertakes very primary type of research work or survey work, to understand the problems of farmers. Some of solutions are then suggested through farmers meet, seminar, agriculture exhibition, experts talk and khedut shibir and gram shibir. Keeping in mind this lacuna, the institution is planning for research in very near future.

The institution has properly furnished infrastructure for effective learning. This includes a well equipped library with over 3000 titles & 35 magazines; an Agriculture laboratory and a huge college building. Although, the library is rich and computerized, it needs a separate building. The institution has a very good but small play ground and the institution always makes effective efforts to enhance all required facilities to the students. A health centre, hostels for boys and girls and a mess are some of the best facilities on the campus. The future plan to enhance the infrastructure facilities is to make available the computers for faculties and computer education for students.

All students in our institute are from Gujarat state and mostly from rural areas. The institute also takes care to fill up the quota for OBC,SC and ST students as per Government rules. Freeships and scholarships declared by the Government are made available to the students. For placement of students, the institution has an effective mechanism which includes academic and career guidance committee, alumni association and feedback mechanism.

The institution always tries to make the campus environment education oriented, friendly and disciplined. For the overall development of students, the institution encourages their participation in sports and cultural competitions and celebration of national events. A continual participation of the institution in Saurashtra University inter collegiate “YUVAK MAHOTSAVA” since last fifteen years has been honoured by the University.

The principal being the head of the institution, always provides coordination and guidance to all the staff members. The institution has taken necessary steps to reflact the quality in mission statement and goal. For this, regular meetings, planning and execution, evaluation and implementation are prime focus. For the involvement of the faculties in decision making process, one executive committee and sixteen general committees are framed. All the solutions given by the management are regularly implemented.

A perspective planning and academic calendar are prepared every year. The staff need is assessed and recruited as per the University rules. All the teaching staff are well qualified and best teacher of the year is awarded. The faculties are encouraged to use computers and audio-visual aids. The college and hostel buildings are constructed partly from the donation. The operating and maintenance budget is insufficient but adjusted as and when needed. The institution has an internal and co-ordination monitoring mechanism.

The institution gears itself towards the very goals objectives of it provide value based education to be governed by the different committees. While for the overall development of the students, the institution tries to develop the feelings of patriotism, unity and responsibilities towards society. Furthermore, all these activities are arranged with the collaboration of parents, students, other agencies and of stake holders. In addition to it, through all such activities the overall development-curricular, social, moral development can be possible at all. In the conclusion of the topic, it is summarized that our institution has created the best education surroundings and through use of more advanced learning technologies, the overall development of the students is made possible.
