Goal
To train/prepare graduates in such a way so that they could acquire understanding of integrity, prosperity and economic development for rural society.
Vision
To provide rural education and development of rural society and the nation.
Mission
(i) To encourage rural people to get rural education for their self development.
(ii) To undertake courses related to rural development and introduce new courses considering time demand of rural society as and when required.
(iii) To unite education actively and formally with rural problems through extensional work
(iv) To build up villages by providing not only education but acquisition of knowledge,understanding and moulding of individual through which economic, social and cultural development of nation can be achieved.
(1) What are the leadership functions of the head of the institution?
Leader ship functions of the head of the institution are as under :
(1) Qualitative administration so as to reach over the goals of institution committees.(2) To de-centralize powers to the different with the effective administration of the institution
(3) To co-ordinate the management, faculty & students for smooth functioning of education & administration
(4) To encourage and support the faculty if they find any difficulty in duties and responsibilities assigned to them.
(5) To engage himself in various institutional activities like planning, execution, and evaluation of programs.
(6) To provide emotional support to the faculty if they find any difficulty/problems and thereby try to strength the sense of unity and brotherhood.
(7) To establish network so as to control over the day-to-day work-mechanism like teaching, practical, office-work, field work, etc smoothly and systematically.
