(1) How many students stay in the hostel? How many rooms are there in the hostel? Is the accommodation sufficient to meet the demand?
175 students stay in the hostel (150 Boys and 25 girls). 10 rooms available for the Boys hostel and 5 rooms available for the girls. The accommodation is not sufficient to meet the demand, but the institute is planning for the expansion.
(2) What facilities are provided in the hostel?
Bed and cupboard in the hostel rooms and common facilities like indoor games, T.V. and D.V.D. player is provided in the hostel.
(3) What are the health care facilities available in the health centre?
One post of medical officer is sanctioned by the government for the academic and O.P.D. purpose for the staff and students. Campus health center has following facilities:
A) O.P.D. for primary treatmentB) Regular health check-up programs.
C) One bed is available for I.P.D., if required.
D) 24 hours emergency services.
(4) Does the institution have a workshop / instrumentation centre? If yes, what are the physical and infrastructure facilities available in the centre?
