Overall Development
(1) How does the institution involve all its stakeholder in planning, implementing and evaluating the academic programs?
Exchange of academic thoughts, policies and concept with other educational institutions by inviting them during academic programmes.
1. Visit to other educational institutions & the visit of other educational institutions to our institution and thereby involve each/stakeholder in the academic programmes.
2. Get feed-back from students & the institutions where the students are employed and thus they are involved in the same activities.
3. Arrange meeting with the guardians and the ex-students, for suggestion and thereby they are involved in the academic programmes.
4. Arrangement of lectures of the experts from other institutions and thereby their views and suggestions are implemented.
(2) What strategies are adopted for the effective management of human, financial and other learning resources for the overall development of the students?
1. As per government norms scholarship is provided to the students belonging to the reserved categories and college makes sincere effort to grant them the scholarship.
2. Send teaching staff in seminars.
3. Send teaching staff for refresher & orientation courses & in other training programmes.
4. introduce-video aid in teaching.
5. Free medical-aid to the students (dispensary is there on a campus/run by Trust- PWS)
6. Honorarium is paid to the guests and experts for lectures concerining overall development of the students.
(3) How does the institution ensure over-all development of the students considering the curricular activities, research development, community orientation, and the personal and spiritual development of the student?
To ensure the over-all development of the students, the institution does the following activities-
1. Arrangement/participation in sports and games.
2. Participation in cultural activities/N.S.S./R.D. Parade.
3. Participation in Yoga shibir/Arrangement of lectures by inviting guests on the campus.
4. Campus communication with the villages so as to make them rural oriented.
5. Arrangement of lectures by the experts related with personality development.
6. Celebration of National Festivals on the campus.
7. Arrangement of debate, quiz competition.
8. Labour work is made compulsory for each student to remove disgust towards labour.
9. Arrangement of one day tour/visit to agriculture University Junagadh.
10. Arrangement of rally for consumer awareness/leadership.
