Total Quality Management
(1) How does the institution gear itself to achieve the specific goals and objectives?
The institution held the following activities to achieve the specific goals and objectives:
1. introduction of teaching. Theory with practical ( Lecture – 52.94% + Lecture with practical – 47.06%) so that the students can learn and understand the expectation of society, challenge in market and even the professional approach towards it.
2. Celebration if national festivals with full respect in the college so that there can develop the national spirit and value, sincerity, responsibility towards society and nation- in the students and thereby there can develop the spirit of unity and brotherhood.
3. To remove the disgust towards labor, the college has made labor work compulsory in the syllabus.
4. To aware the students about our traditions and culture, the college celebrations Holi, Rakshabandhan, Navaratri, Teacher’s day, Gurupurnima etc. on the college campus and the students even participate in the same. The students even participate in the youth festival organized by saurashtra university, Rajkot.
5. To check the knowledge before society, the students are sent for placement programme, internship etc.
6. The college also arranges gram-shibir, khedut shibir etc. in the nearby villages, visit to co-operative society, progressive farmers, government offices and institution so as to interact with them.
7. For the overall personality development of the students, the college arranges debate, quiz competition, seminar, knowledge day programme, and arrangement of sports and games to develop sportsmanship in the students.,
8. To provide community oriented and value based education focused towards society, the extensional activities like blood donation camp, veterinary clinical camps, human health awareness seminars and the activities related with women and child development are arranged. The college constantly made efforts for the environment and nature, by arranging tree responsibilities for environment in the students are developed.
9. To govern all over activities and to reach over the objectives of the college, we have formulated by the executive committees of the college. However these 16 committees are empowered independently to govern and take decisions in their own way.

1. The executive committee is used to observe and try to maintain the internal quality of the college.
2. The college has introduced 6 feedback programmes to improve the quality of teaching and learning.
(3) How does the institution ensure the quality of its academic programmer?
1. From the last five years, the college has acquired above 95% result. Thus through the assessment of the result, students and their performance in the exam and through outcome or result , we ensure the quality of academic programme.
2. Through the feedback from students, the college checks quality about syllabus, teachers and teaching.
3. we have received opinions from invited guests who are invited for academic programs and thus we ensure the quality.
(4) How does the institution ensure the quality of its administration?
1. The institution ensures the quality of its administration through audit reports.
2. We are analyzing the annual correspondence and examine the quarries mentioned in them, and thereby try to ensure the administrative quality.
